CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests are respectfully reminded that a confirmed
reservation constitutes a binding contract, and if a
reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, we
reserve the right to charge for the first night's stay.
With 3 days or less notice of cancellation, the full
amount may become payable.
